New Year's Eve Dress

New Year's Eve dress shopping is like searching for the perfect guy....

First, you're so excited to go and look for the ideal dress to kick start your New Year, but slowly you begin to realize that this might not be as easy as you thought. There is nothing that fits you well. It even gets to a point when your friends say to give a dress a chance, so you take one into the dressing room and right when you try it on you hate it.

You even think maybe going online would help. Nope, this makes you feel even more hopeless. Seriously, let me explain this one to you. If you're online, you can see all the possible New Year's dresses on the entire planet, but not even one catches your attention. Can I also add that this method is the fastest way to see all your choices. The only thought you have is, "This is hopeless."

Okay, so you think there is a glimmer of hope when you stumble on the most beautiful dress. It is the perfect length and it flows just the way you envisioned. However, your excitement is short lived when you realize that the dress will arrive on January 26th. Seriously, all you can do is shake your head and think, "Well that's horrible timing." Eventually, you just settle for something in your closet. Something you bought way back when and never had a chance to wear.

Is it too much for a girl to ask for a dress that fits her well... Oh, and has just enough glitter and is the perfect length? Through this long and exhausting process of searching for the perfect dress you have discovered that it is hopeless.

Finding the perfect New Year's dress or finding the perfect guy is basically impossible.
