I went up to New York for a quick weekend getaway. I was exhausted from traveling, so I ended up sleeping the first night. This gave me the energy to spend the next day really exploring Brooklyn. We got a place at Williamsburg and it held up to its title of being a hipster town. There were cute shops, restaurants, and markets to explore. If you are in Williamsburg, make sure you check out Smorgasburg. Go there hungry because they have an endless amount of food options for you to pick from.

I've been to Brooklyn so many times, but never got a chance to go to the infamous bridge. It was beautiful and it was worth the walk!

This weekend's getaway was perfect and memorable.
